As an Agile Coach, you will drive agile transformation in our departments, be a pioneer in establishing agile working methods and train colleagues. In a dedicated team for agile transformation, you will develop individual approaches for our agile infrastructure.
Your responsibilities are:
- Acting as role model for agile principles and promoting agile methodologies across the organisation
- Providing standards, policies and guidelines for applying agile methods, tools and ceremonies
- Reporting to the department lead and ALDI’s top management on the maturity of applied methodologies, progress, issues and risks, while also providing recommendations
- Consulting with international experts to identify best practices for agile methodologies and tools
- Implementing agile methodologies within a partially scaled framework
Depending on your field of interest, you have the opportunity to get involved in one of the following areas:
- Participating in an exchange about agile methods with other teams across different departments and with various focus topics
Ideally, you match the following profile:
- Profound knowledge of tools for agile methodology (e.g. Lean Coffee, Time Timer, etc.)
- Agile/SCRUM certification(s)
- Experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach
- Agile values, principles and mindset
- Strong mentoring, facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as good listening and networking skills
- Good overall understanding of IT architectures, IT service landscapes and applications in the respective area
- Understanding of product planning in an empirical environment
- High self-organisation and time management skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as relevant tools and techniques
