- Strong mentoring, facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as good listening and networking skills
- Good overall understanding of IT architectures, IT service landscapes and applications in the respective area
- Understanding of product planning in an empirical environment
- High self-organisation and time management skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as relevant tools and techniques
