Interface between IT and Business

As a Business Analyst, you act as the interface between IT and the respective department. With your expertise in various areas, you can pass customer requirements on to our developers and you support the product owner in achieving the overall goal. As a Product Line Analyst, you will support our Product Line Owners as a business process expert to ensure that the product lines meet the business requirements.
Your tasks are:
- Participating in relevant agile meetings and ceremonies
- Providing support to all relevant stakeholders in relation to the user story, the characteristics and the development of different products in various areas
- Closely coordinating and defining the requirements relating to the IT products
- Supporting the product owners throughout the test phase and implementing solutions
- Developing the “Definition of Done” (DoD) criteria
Depending on your strengths and interests, you can contribute in the following areas, among others:

- Supply chain management
- Contracting
- Data and finance
- Stores
- E-commerce
- Corporate social responsibility
Ideally, you have the following:
- In-depth expertise in various value chain areas
- An understanding of agile values, principles and ways of thinking
- Very good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage in certain areas
- Ability to think analytically and a focus on problem-solving
- Experience in decision-making in a complex and agile corporate culture
- Expertise in project and process management in an IT product environment
- Experience of working in a dynamic and international environment
