As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and managing test activities as part of our digital transformation. You coordinate and lead international test teams and external partners in our complex SAP landscape, paving the way for further product improvements and problem solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Assuming responsibility for planning, preparing and managing end-to-end test activities on release level across a set of projects and demands as part of our global digital transformation (SAP and non-SAP)
- Coordinating the use of shared resources with other projects in the release
- Refining test principles and standards for the release
- Continuously implementing evolutionary changes to the testing approach
- Leading and coaching functional test managers responsible for test preparation and execution
- Coordinating and leading international test teams and external partners across our complex SAP landscape
- Collaborating with and integrating the service of our Test Factory
Ideally, you have the following:
- Several years of professional experience in test management in complex SAP landscapes, in handling a portfolio of projects and in being a lead to test managers
- Very good project management skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Team spirit and strong communication skills together with an analytical and conceptual way of working
- ISTQB qualification (or similar) is desirable
- Very good English language skills
- University degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT or project management
