You know your way around the e-commerce business, act as the contact person for our domains and enjoy providing support whenever others need your help.
Your responsibilities are:
- Testing applications to guarantee their integration and security
- Ensuring a secure infrastructure using containers and clouds
- Communicating with developers, suppliers and manufacturers in order to find optimum solutions
- Providing second and third-level support around the clock together with your team
- Managing our IT ticketing system
- Purchasing licenses
- Contributing to international projects
- Assuming responsibility for the online presence of the ALDI websites
Ideally, you match the following profile:
- Preferably, you have a university degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or you are a career changer with experience in the area of technology or business management
- Initial experience with processing e-commerce topics and working with related applications
- Work experience regarding topics related to cloud computing, containers and security
- Knowledge of basic SCRUM working methods
- Experience in using applications such as Adobe, SAP CX, etc.
- Project management skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- A very good command of the English language, which is our corporate language
