All employees have equal access to varying benefits such as childcare options and a range of health-related services as part of our Corporate Health Management.

We can all take action for equality and breaking biases so that all colleagues feel respected, empowered and understood. Therefore, an important part of our Diversity & Inclusion efforts is to ensure that we never stop learning about it. 

For this reason, we celebrate an annual Diversity Week in addition to ongoing learning experiences where we learn together and learn from each other in daily keynotes and varying Diversity & Inclusion-themed on-site activities.

"Charta der Vielfalt"

For diversity in the working world

The ALDI SÜD Group signed the Charta der Vielfalt in October 2021. With this self-commitment and public declaration, we want to make clear that, we as a company, are committed to an appreciative and open-minded corporate culture. For this reason, we promote our vision: "Diversity strengthens us".

The Charta der Vielfalt is the largest initiative in Germany to cultivate diversity in companies and institutions. The aim is to create an inclusive environment free of bias and prejudice. Regardless of a person's personal characteristics – whether age, ethnic origin and nationality, sex and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and belief, sexual orientation, and social background. Every person should be met with the same appreciation.
